Returns & Refunds Policy

Following are the scope of returns and refunds for all products on Offtrack Customs (offtrackcustoms.com). All returns/refunds are governed by the terms below:

1. Replacement & Defective Products

If a product is found to be faulty, has a manufacturing defect, or a wrong product is delivered, we will replace the product as quickly as possible.
A full refund will only be issued if the replacement product is not available in stock.
In all other cases, only replacement will be provided.

2. Product-Specific Conditions

If any product has different return/refund conditions, it will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products follow this standard policy.

3. Shipping Cost Refund

Return shipping charges will be reimbursed based on:
- The amount it cost us to ship the product to you, OR
- The amount you spent returning it
  (whichever is lower)

4. Sale / Discount Orders

Products purchased during sale or discount offers are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

5. Order Cancellation Charges

If you cancel your order within 24 hours, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted.
For Snapmint orders, cancellations (other than manufacturing defects) will incur a 6.5% deduction on the total order value.

6. Reporting Issues

After receiving the product, you must check for:
- Damage
- Manufacturing defects
- Size issues
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours to our support team:

The return must be shipped back within 15 days of delivery.

7. Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video:
- From the moment the package is received
- Without removing the packaging tape
This helps in:
- Faster issue resolution
- Validating claims for damage or defects

8. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from Offtrack Customs.
The actual time for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
