Returns & Refunds Policy
Following are the scope of returns and refunds for all products on Offtrack Customs (offtrackcustoms.com). All returns/refunds are governed by the terms below:
1. Replacement & Defective Products
- If a product is found to be faulty, has a manufacturing defect, or a wrong product is delivered, we will replace the product as quickly as possible.
- A full refund will only be issued if the replacement product is not available in stock.
- In all other cases, only replacement will be provided.
2. Product-Specific Conditions
- If any product has different return/refund conditions, it will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products follow this standard policy.
3. Shipping Cost Refund
- Return shipping charges will be reimbursed based on:
- The amount it cost us to ship the product to you, OR
- The amount you spent returning it
(whichever is lower)
4. Sale / Discount Orders
- Products purchased during sale or discount offers are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
5. Order Cancellation Charges
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted.
- For Snapmint orders, cancellations (other than manufacturing defects) will incur a 6.5% deduction on the total order value.
6. Reporting Issues
- After receiving the product, you must check for:
- Damage
- Manufacturing defects
- Size issues
- Damage

- The return must be shipped back within 15 days of delivery.
7. Unboxing Video Requirement
- Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video:
- From the moment the package is received
- Without removing the packaging tape
- From the moment the package is received
- This helps in:
- Faster issue resolution
- Validating claims for damage or defects
- Faster issue resolution
8. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from Offtrack Customs.
- The actual time for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
